The
Listening Space
A new conversation about women and workplace harm.
Stories from women whose past experiences of bias and bullying at work are still affecting them in the present.
We may have left the workplace or a bad situation behind.
But that doesn't always mean the experience has left us.
Often, it's only in the weeks and months that follow that we begin to realise how much harm a corrosive workplace has been doing to our confidence and sense of self.
We've written the post. Prepared the presentation. Rehearsed what we want to say. Then our finger still hovers over publish and we hear the voice of the person who made us feel foolish whenever we opened our mouths to contribute.
If we are given an opportunity to name our experience, and we are genuinely listened to, it can help us begin to make sense of what happened.
The Listening Space makes room for your story.
Your experience matters.
Your story matters.
This is a space to slow down and listen to voices that deserve to be heard.
